Jyothi Krishna says that he is not love with Thamanna

Jyothi Krishna is the son of the popular producer A M Rathnam. He made his entry into films as a story writer for the Sarath Kumar starrer Natpukaga.

After this he directed Ennaku 20 Unakku 18 and Kedi. Thamanna debuted as heroine in this film. There were rumors at that time that Jyothi Krishna was in love with Thamanna. Now he is acting and directing the film titled Ooh La La La.
The shooting of this film took place in a hotel at Koyambedu. During the shooting he interacted with the media.
Are you in love with Thamanna?It is true that Thamanna is my good friend. Three years ago we both worked in Kedi. The last time I saw her was about a year ago. How can there be love between us. Somebody has spread rumors.
The heroine of Ooh La La La also looks like Thamanna?
Preethi Bhandari who is the heroine of this film is a North Indian girl like Thamanna. Because she is a North Indian she might look like Thamanna. I did not select her with the intention that she should look like Thamanna. I happened to see Preethi at a function in Mumbai. She was looking beautiful. So I asked her whether she was willing to act. She agreed and I selected her for the role.
There is news that there is a kissing scene between you and Preethi in this film? It is true. There is a kissing scene in a song sequence of this film. We are going to shoot this scene only in future. Preethi has agreed to act in the kissing scene.

Ramya Nambesan was one among the five heroines in Cheran starrer Raman Thediya Seethai. This Kerala girl is now currently pairing with Sakthi in the film titled Aatanayagan.

Vikraman’s assistant director Krishnaram is directing this film. Ramya Nambesan while speaking to the media said,” I am getting homely roles in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films. I am not selecting these roles.

It comes on its own. So there is an image that I will not do glamour roles. This is not true. I don’t mind acting in glamour roles if the story demands. I won’t act in vulgar roles. There is a difference between vulgarity and glamour.

I want to act in colourful commercial Tamil films. I can also change my physique according to the character like the heroes. I donned the role of a village girl in a film. To do this role I increased my weight by five kilos.
After completing this film I reduced my weight. If you have proper exercise and food habits your body will listen to you. I have experienced this. Now I have completed a Telugu film titled Veera Raaji. I have paired with Ajay in this film. I have donned a glamour role in this film.”

Trisha says that she will not leave Tamil cinema

Trisha while sharing about Bollywood experience said,” Priyadarshan was asking me for a long time to do a Hindi film. The time has come only now.
He is the one who introduced me in Tamil film. Now I am happy that I am acting in the Hindi film directed by him. I am acting with super star Akshay Kumar in my first Hindi film itself. He is a very jolly good type.
He will be going on cracking jokes at the shooting spots. My second language was Hindi in the school. Because of this I am able to speak Hindi fluently. Akshay seeing this in the shooting spot asked me to dub. After the first day shooting, Priyadarshan called my mother over phone and praised my acting. I am really proud about this.
The first schedule of the shooting will be completed by 23rd November. Akshay Kumar is producing this film Khatta Meeta. I am also been signed for three other Hindi films produced by Akshay Kumar’s production house.
Some other hero will be pairing with me in these films. Other details are yet to be finalized. Many are asking me whether I am refusing Tamil films because of Hindi films. It is not so. I have given three months call sheet for this film.
That is the reason for not accepting Tamil films. Nobody can separate me from Tamil films. I am popular today because of Tamil cinema only. Next I will be acting in a Telugu film with Junior NTR. I will also act in Tamil films.

When Amitabh Obeyed Bhagyaraj

Bhagyaraj is directing son Shanthanu in KBR Medias’ Siddhu +2 First Attempt. But the ride has not been a smooth one. “Directing your son is not easy. I am someone who did not even compromise with Amitabh Bachchan when directing him decades ago. I told him to do an entire dialogue in English and he refused at first because he felt his audiences would prefer Hindi. He discussed it with me at length but in the end he obeyed me, trusting my judgement.Later after the release, he rang me at 2 am telling me how his audiences clapped wildly at that particular scene. Such was his faith in me. But Shanthanu kept giving me suggestions all the time and would carry the topic home and tell his mother about whatever differences we had on sets! I had to compromise a lot with him. Next time I will direct a film with another hero and prove that I my own ideas are better!” said a laughing Bhagyaraj in a lighter vein while addressing the media.Later Salim Javed, Amitabh’s film writers had reportedly told Bhagyaraj, “You have made Amitabh speak English for 120 feet of film when he is a man who wont speak more than two lines of English on screen!”

Isha all set to tie the knot

Isha Koppikar, the Khallas girl who has acting in several Tamil movies like Kadhal Kavidhai, En Swasa Kaatre, Narasimha, Nenjinele is all set to tie the wedding knot with Timmy Narang on November 29th, 2009. Isha and Timmy are both into spirituality and are followers of the Oneness University, situated in South India.
Isha Koppikar is well known in bollywood for her item number Kallas in the movie Company. Isha is finishing all assignments before her wedding including ‘Right Ya Wrong’ and ‘Hello Darling’ in Bollywood.
The wedding is expected to happen as per Mangalorean custom with a grand reception afterwards for family and friends.

Filmmaker-actor Cheran is well known as a ‘dim-witted’ personality for very often rendering bad and bold languages against journalists and later inviting them to his offerto shake hands and compromise. It has been more evident with his acts in many occasions and recently it had occurred again. During the protest meet of Nadigar Sangam, Cheran had used vulgar statement pointing out the journalist who revealed the names of actors involved in sex scandal that he’ll feel the pain when his daughter elopes with someone.
It’s such an atrocious speech and so hurting and turned many producers to revolt against him. And again, Cheran came up with a contrastive gesture of inviting a senior most journalist to his office and enquired why he’s always zeroed down for controversies. Samvritha’s debut in Bollywood

Malayalam actress Samvritha made her debut in Tamil Cinema with Srikanth-Sangeetha starrer ‘Uyir’. She has acted in various Malayalam-Telugu films and now gears on for Bollywood debut with a film titled ‘White Elephant’. ‘Though, it’s a Hindi movie made for the sake of awards, the entire film will be shot in Kerala’ says Samvritha who’s much excited with this offer. The film is about a docu-drama kind of film based on elephants’ lives in Kerala and how entire village keeps them pampered.
Unlike other actresses, Samvritha doesn’t get excited about making her debut in Bollywood as she isopen to any kind of cinemas with best quality. Recently, the actress had paired up with Prithviraj, Narain and Bhavana in ‘Robin Hood’. ‘Yes, I am interesting acting in both commercial and offbeat films as it offers me more delightedness’ adds Samvritha who has been refusing many scripts in Tamil due to insubstantialities.

Unlike many of our actresses who just blame filmmakers for depicting them in an ordinary way of shaking legs with heroes and disappearing, Sindhu Menon proves to be alike chalk and cheese. Sindhu Menon made her debut with Bharathiraja’s ‘Kadal Pookal’ and later in K.S. Ravikumar’s ‘Samuthiram’. But then the actress wasn’t recognized properly by the audiences. Naturally, this has urged me to keep neglecting the offers. But ‘Eeram’ success has elevated me to a greater level. And now I believe that however an actress may put forth her best efforts, but it all lays with the film’s success on determining the actresses’ standards.”
Though, she has got more offers in Kollywood, Sindhu Menon keeps herself away from signing thoseprojects as her role and script doesn’t seem to be appealing. Right now, Sindhu Menon is busy shooting for a Telugu movie ‘Subathra’ that features her in the role of a revolutionary woman
